This Refund Policy describes how AgentKred paid subscriptions are billed and managed. The Service is operated by Imperion Technologies.
1. Who processes payments
Paid subscriptions for AgentKred are sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Payment methods, receipts, invoices, and tax treatment may be handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policies and your jurisdiction.
2. Billing cycles
Depending on the plan you choose, subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually (yearly). The applicable price and billing interval are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through the billing or account management options provided by Lemon Squeezy (or as linked from your AgentKred account or receipt emails). When you cancel, the cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period—you will typically retain access to paid features until that period ends, and you will not be charged again for the next cycle unless you resubscribe.
We do not guarantee prorated refunds for partial periods when you cancel mid-cycle unless required by applicable law or explicitly offered at checkout.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on Lemon Squeezy’s policies, applicable law, and the timing of your request. If you believe you were charged in error or have a dispute, contact us at deniz@imperiontechnologies.com with your account email and transaction details. We will work with you and, where appropriate, our payment provider to resolve legitimate issues.
5. Free trials and plan changes
If we offer trials or upgrades/downgrades, the terms shown at the time of the offer apply. Changing plans may change your billing date or amount; any such changes will be communicated at checkout or in the product.
