This Refund Policy explains billing for paid AgentKred plans. The Service is operated by AgentKred (Imperion Technologies). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Merchant of record
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout. Your receipt, payment method, VAT or sales tax, and invoice details are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policies and your location. AgentKred does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
2. Plans and billing cycles
We offer Free, Pro, and Ultra tiers (see our pricing page for current limits and features). Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. The price and interval are shown at checkout before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance for each billing period in the currency shown at checkout (typically USD).
3. What is included
Subscriptions grant access to features described at purchase (e.g. higher monthly recording limits, QR distribution, website embed). Free tier users are not charged but remain subject to usage limits. Feature changes may occur as the product evolves; material reductions to paid features will be communicated in good faith.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel through Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal (linked from receipt emails or your account area). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period—you generally keep paid features until that date and are not charged for the next cycle unless you subscribe again.
Canceling does not automatically delete your AgentKred account or published testimonials; you may delete content separately in the dashboard.
5. Refunds
Standard policy: fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree in writing.
We may consider refunds or credits when:
- You were charged in error or duplicate-charged;
- A technical issue on our side prevented meaningful use of a paid plan for a sustained period;
- Lemon Squeezy or your card issuer rules require a refund under consumer law.
Refund requests should be sent to deniz@imperiontechnologies.com within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and Lemon Squeezy receipt or order ID. We will respond within a reasonable time and coordinate with Lemon Squeezy when needed.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. Downgrades & upgrades
Upgrading may take effect immediately with prorated or full-period charges as shown at checkout. Downgrading typically applies at the next renewal; you may lose access to higher-tier features when the current period ends.
7. Trials and promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, the specific terms shown at signup apply. When a trial ends, you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
8. EU / UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights for distance contracts. Digital services may begin immediately after purchase; by subscribing you may acknowledge that performance starts before any withdrawal period ends, which can affect refund eligibility under local law.
