This Privacy Policy describes how AgentKred (Imperion Technologies) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal information when you use the AgentKred website, dashboard, public agent pages, recording flows, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who we are

AgentKred is a product operated by Imperion Technologies, a company based in Türkiye. For privacy questions or requests, contact deniz@imperiontechnologies.com. Postal address: Alipaşa Mahallesi Öğretmenler Caddesi No: 19/21 İç Kapı No: 14 Merkez/Kütahya, Türkiye.

Depending on your role, different parts of this policy apply: Agents (real estate professionals with an account), Clients / recorders (people who submit a video testimonial at an Agent’s request), and visitors to our marketing site or an Agent’s public page.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

Account & profile data — name, email, professional details you choose (title, company, market area, phone, website, profile photo), subscription tier, and settings you save in the dashboard.
Video and audio recordings — testimonials and related clips, including your voice and image, typically up to 60 seconds per submission. Metadata may include duration and processing status.
Client / recorder submissions — when someone records for an Agent, we collect the name they provide, the recording, and technical data needed to upload and secure the file.
Technical & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, logs, and security signals needed to operate and protect the Services.
Payment-related data — for paid plans, billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; we receive limited account and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers stored on our servers.
Communications — support messages, transactional emails (e.g. pending review notifications via Loops), and marketing preferences where you opt in.
Cookies & local storage — see Section 5.

Video and audio may reveal biometric-like characteristics. Agents must only request recordings they are permitted to collect; recorders should not include other individuals without permission.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
Host, process, and deliver video content (including copying from secure storage to playback URLs you configure);
Let Agents review, approve, publish, or remove testimonials on their public page;
Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms;
Send service-related messages (account, security, pending reviews);
Process subscriptions and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client testimonial videos for unrelated advertising without a separate, explicit agreement.

4. Client recording flow

When a Client records a testimonial on an Agent’s link (e.g. yoursite.com/agent-slug/record):

The Agent decides whether to publish the video after review (is_verified in our system).
Until approved, the video is not listed on the Agent’s public testimonials page, though infrastructure may store the file for playback in the Agent dashboard.
Imperion Technologies acts as a processor for the Agent regarding Client recordings, and the Agent is responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any required consent from Clients.

5. Subprocessors

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, including:

Supabase — database, authentication, and application backend;
Cloudflare R2 — raw and public video storage and delivery;
Lemon Squeezy — payments and subscription management;
Loops — transactional email (e.g. pending review alerts);
Vercel — website hosting and analytics (where enabled).

Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices. We choose vendors with appropriate safeguards but do not control their independent processing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage where needed to operate the Services, and optional scripts when you consent.

Strictly necessary. Authentication (Supabase) stores session tokens in cookies so you can stay signed in securely. These are not used for cross-site advertising.
Affiliate / referral (optional). With consent, we may load Lemon Squeezy scripts for referral attribution. You can change this anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
Preference storage. Cookie choices are stored locally (e.g. agentkred_cookie_consent_v1).

7. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (optional cookies, certain marketing), and legal obligation.

8. Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for backups, security, and legal compliance. Agents may delete testimonials from the dashboard; deletion triggers removal from our database and associated storage where technically feasible. Backups may persist for a limited period.

9. International transfers

Subprocessors may process data in the United States, EU, and other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact deniz@imperiontechnologies.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Clients should generally contact the Agent who requested their recording first; we will assist where appropriate.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security in our database, and signed upload flows for recordings. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and, where required, additional notice.
