This Privacy Policy describes how Imperion Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal information when you use AgentKred (AgentKred), including our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:
- Account & profile data (e.g., name, email, professional details you choose to add) when you register as an Agent (our customer / user).
- Video and audio recordings submitted through the Services. These may include content from both the Agent (you, when you use recording or profile features) and your Clients (third-party individuals who record testimonials or other clips you request)—we refer to these individuals as “Clients” or “recorders.”
- Technical & usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Communications you send to us (e.g., support requests) and, where applicable, marketing preferences.
Video and audio may reveal biometric-like characteristics (voice, appearance). Do not submit recordings unless you have a lawful basis to do so and, where required, appropriate consent from the people recorded.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Host, transcode, stream, and display video content as you configure (e.g., on your public bio-link page);
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and protect security;
- Send service-related and transactional messages (and, where you opt in, product updates via email);
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
4. Processing by third-party services (subprocessors)
We rely on third-party providers that process data on our behalf. These may include:
- Mux, Inc. — video hosting, streaming, encoding, and related video infrastructure.
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage, and related backend services for the application and stored content.
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management for paid plans.
- Loops.so — email delivery for transactional and marketing communications where we use that platform.
Each provider processes data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers with appropriate safeguards, but we do not control their independent practices. We encourage you to review their policies if you use paid features or receive emails from us.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage where needed to operate the Services, and optional scripts when you consent.
- Strictly necessary. Our authentication provider (Supabase) and your browser may store tokens or session identifiers so you can stay signed in and use the dashboard securely. These are not used for advertising.
- Affiliate / referral tracking (optional). If you opt in via the cookie banner, we load Lemon Squeezy's scripts on our site (
affiliate.js,lemon.js) so visits with referral parameters ( e.g.?aff=…) can be linked to checkout. According to Lemon Squeezy's documentation, when someone visits an affiliate URL, an anonymous unique identifier is created in their systems; if the person purchases within the program's window (often 30 days by default), a referral may be created. They also state that tracking referrals with Lemon Squeezy requires no cookies and is designed to be privacy-friendly—referring to how Lemon attributes referrals on their side. Loading these scripts on our domain is still optional and only happens after you consent here. You can withdraw this choice anytime using Cookie settings in the footer or legal pages.
Your preference is stored locally (e.g. localStorage) under the key agentkred_cookie_consent_v1. It does not identify you by itself.
6. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the EU/UK or similar jurisdictions, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security and product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligation.
7. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, backups, dispute resolution), unless a longer period is required by law or unless you request deletion subject to our obligations.
8. International transfers
Our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, contact us at deniz@imperiontechnologies.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and indicate the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
